Storage and transport are separate
The plan covers 12 months from your first bag’s check-in. Collection, hotel delivery and return transport are charged separately each time. Moving a bag does not restart the storage period. Renewal requires your agreement and is not automatic.
Count every transport leg
Leaving a bag after one trip, receiving it on the next trip and returning it afterwards makes three one-way journeys. If the hotels are in different regions, use the rate for each individual journey.
A planning example, not a checkout quote
The examples assume standard bags up to 25 kg, all journeys within the Nagano / Niigata / Kanto zone and no referral discount. Extra journeys or separately quoted services increase the total. Airline, accommodation, rental and lift-pass costs are separate.

Frequently asked questions
What does storage cost in Australian dollars?
Solo is AU$349 for one bag; Duo is AU$549 for two. Three bags cost AU$778, with each bag after the first two adding AU$229. Published annual storage prices include GST. Japan transport is charged separately per bag, per journey.
Does returning my bag start another storage year?
No. Bag movements during the existing 12-month storage period do not restart it. Transport is charged separately and any renewal is agreed with you.
Is storage always cheaper than rental?
No. Compare annual storage and all transport legs with rental and airline baggage costs for your own itinerary. A short one-off trip may be simpler with rental; repeat travellers may value using their familiar equipment.
