The regional fee is charged for each bag on each one-way journey. First collection, delivery to your hotel and return to storage are separate journeys. Two bags cost twice the listed fee for that journey.
Confirm the hotel details
Prepare the full hotel address, postcode, telephone number, reservation name and check-in date. Ask the hotel whether it can receive and hold your ski bag. For a collection or return, confirm where staff will hand it to the carrier.
Request early; wait for confirmation
Submit your request once your hotel and dates are confirmed. A requested date is not a delivery guarantee. We confirm availability and scheduling before dispatch; allow flexibility for weather, peak periods and remote destinations.
When to contact us first
For an unlisted region, remote location, oversized bag or a bag over 25 kg, contact us before booking transport. Acceptance and any separate charge need confirmation. A separate quote does not automatically mean an overweight bag will be accepted.

No. Each collection, hotel delivery and return to storage is charged separately per bag, per shipment. Published AU regional rates are Hokkaido AU$89; Tohoku AU$79; Nagano, Niigata and Kanto AU$69; and Chubu, Hokuriku and Kansai AU$59.
How early should I request delivery?
Request delivery as soon as your accommodation is confirmed. We confirm availability and timing before dispatch, allowing for warehouse preparation, courier cut-offs, peak periods and winter weather. A requested date is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Can any hotel accept my bag?
Confirm acceptance with your actual hotel, apartment or lodge before requesting delivery. Use the full property address and the guest name on the reservation. Remote areas and properties without a receiving contact need individual confirmation.
Which bags qualify for the regional rates?
The Australian plan covers a standard ski or snowboard travel bag up to 25 kg, including the bag itself. Dimensions and weight are checked. Oversize or overweight bags and remote-area services require confirmation and a separate quote; acceptance is not automatic.
